Ryan
Ryan was doing poses for me today, he cracks me up. I actually really like him with his shaggy hair and beard. He is relishing it right now, in case he has to shave it off in a few months. I do so much blogging with the Kids and I wanted to do one of Ryan. I guess he is kinda one of the kids, so maybe, I should say I have four kids not three!

I say you have 3 kids and a grizzly bear! Did you guys get a phone call this week? If not hang in there, the hiring manager might not have called anyone this week and is going to do it next week. Look at some other jobs and apply for them and see what happens!
