Yummy Tator-Tot casserole
Growing up my Mom made this really good tator-tot casserole. Now I make it for my family and it is one of our favorites.
It's pretty simple and nothing fancy, just good.
1/4c of flour
1/4c of Marg. or butter
2c of Milk
Peas(frozen)
2-3 hard boild eggs
ham
Melt butter and flour together with milk, bring to boil. Add diced up ham and eggs. Add peas, mix add salt and pepper to taste.Pour mixter into casserole dish,top with tator-tots. Bake 425 for 30 min. or less.
